Please Leave Your Firearms In Your Car

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR FIREARMS IN YOUR CAR

Yesterday poor little Raimy got very sick. Haylie kept in contact with her pediatrician from home, and he assured her that he would be fine with Tylenol and Motrin.
Haylie realized this treatment wasn't working and spent hours trying to find a doctor or urgent care facility, that would take an infant. She found out about a hospital in a little town about 17 miles away, that had an emergency room. We woke up our dear driver Larry and he sprung into action, and got us to the hospital.
Well, the hospital wasn't quite what we had imagined, but when you are in the middle of a crisis, you have to take what you can get.
The doctors took one look at baby Raim and this little back woods hospital suddenly came alive like a scene out of Gray's Anatomy. I won't go into all the details except for the fact that his temp was 105.6. By the end of the night the doctors had labeled him "The Miracle Baby".
You're wondering about the title of this post???
Well, that sign: PLEASE LEAVE YOUR FIREARMS IN YOUR CAR,
was posted on the entrance of the hospital's sliding glass doors! Only in the south!!

I never bring my firearms to the Emergency Room. Maybe to a regular check-up, but never the E.R.

I hope little Raimy is feeling better. Thank God for miracles.
