This is my second time at Disney World and so much better than the first. I loaded up my luggage from the bus and headed for the hotel.
We are staying at the Disney Yacht Club, which is just beautiful. The place is so large and I had a hard time finding my way around. I met a woman named Sandy and asked her if she worked at the hotel. She asked me where I was going and she took me on a tour and told me all about my wonderful hotel. She then introduced me to another hotel rep who took me up to my room. She was so helpful and it just shows that Disney really knows how to hire the friendliest people. I was so excited to see my gorgeous room and view. I got a fabulous nights sleep and we woke up this morning and headed for The Magic Kingdom. I don't think I realized how large this place really was. It took us ten minutes just to drive from the hotel to the park and it's all on Disney property. The rain started and Jon made sure we all had plastic ponchos. Thank goodness the rain stopped and we didn't have to wear those ugly things.
We took the babies on Small World and Peter Pan and they had a ball. I am so happy I could be here to share this time with them.
We came back to the hotel and Jonny had to leave for sound check. He has three shows tomorrow at the Magic Kingdom in three different locations. I think it will be another wonderful day.
BTW I was with the family today and we ran into Sandy and I told them she was the best Disney employee ever!! She then said, "Oh, I don't work here I'm on vacation with 16 of my family members, but I know my way around pretty well." Disney should hire her!! Thanks Sandy if you ever read this!!

Hi Nancy, It's "disney" Sandy. We arrived home to Maine on Friday. I went straight for the computer to read your blog. I smiled!! It was such a pleasure meeting you. My family and I went to the concert, It was FANTASTIC. I just wanted you to know while I was waiting in line I struck up a conversation with a young man behind me, He said Jonny Lang was his favorite,best,most awesome singer of all time. I was so happy to have met a little part of your great family. I will check your blogs often and maybe you'll tour Maine and we'll meet again. God bless you and your family in your travels.
